How the marketplace works
Customers shop one cart that can include PaTom warehouse items and products from approved shops. At checkout we split the order into shipments per seller so packing and pickup stay clear.

Submit your business details, city, and contact info. Our team reviews and approves sellers before they go live.
Choose how you fulfil
Fulfilled by PaTom: send stock to our Ruwa hub for storage, light quality checks, packing, and last-mile delivery. Seller fulfilled: you pack at your shop, mark the order ready, and a driver collects from you.
List products and manage stock
Add prices, photos, and stock levels. Customers see your shop name on listings and in the cart.
Get paid after commission
We charge a success fee on sales (typically 15 percent for v1). Payouts are based on completed deliveries.
Fulfilled by PaTom
Best for national reach and faster delivery badges. Stock sits at our Ruwa hub. We pick, pack, and assign drivers (our fleet first, then contractors).
Seller fulfilled
Best for fresh goods or shops that want to pack themselves. Meet pickup SLAs so drivers are not waiting. Poor on-time rates can affect your listing visibility.
Fees (simple launch model)
- Success fee: about 15 percent of the selling price per item sold (category rates may come later).
- Hub fulfilment: when stock ships from Ruwa we may add a fulfilment fee by size or weight as volume grows.
- Coverage: the platform is built for national Zimbabwe delivery. Harare and Ruwa are live first. Other cities open as we add zones and hubs.
What you need
- Registered or trading business details and a contact email
- Physical address and city (and province where relevant)
- Product information, pricing in USD, and stock counts
- For seller fulfilled: ability to pack and hand over to drivers on time
- For hub stock: ability to consign inventory to Ruwa with a packing list
