Drive with PaTom Connect

Deliver groceries and marketplace packages across Zimbabwe. We run our own fleet (motorbikes, hummers, and other vehicles) and also work with independent contractor drivers.

How it works

1

Apply online or on mobile

Share your licence, vehicle, insurance, national ID, and the cities you can cover.

2

Get verified

Our team screens documents. Once active you can go online and see available jobs.

3

Accept deliveries

Jobs may start at the Ruwa hub (Fulfilled by PaTom) or at a shop that packed the order. Pick up, deliver, and confirm completion in the app.

4

Earn and get paid

See trip earnings in your dashboard. Payouts follow the schedule for your driver type (employee payroll or contractor payouts).

PaTom fleet (employees)

Company vehicles and staff drivers. When available, the system prefers assigning jobs to employees before offering them to contractors.

Contractor drivers

Use your own vehicle. Accept jobs that fit your city and availability. Same app experience for status updates and earnings.

Requirements

Valid driver licence
Registered vehicle (bike, car, van, or truck)
Valid insurance
National ID
Smartphone with the PaTom driver app or web dashboard
Coverage in at least one service city

Service areas

  • Built for national coverage. Harare and Ruwa are the first active zones. More cities open as demand and hubs grow.
  • Go online when you can work. Stay offline when you are unavailable.
  • Delivery fees are calculated per trip. Platform fees and your net earnings show in the driver dashboard.
  • Treat customers and shop staff with care. Repeated failed or late deliveries can lead to suspension.
